Periodically it may be necessary to prime the dampers to get the ink flowing properly.
The dampers have delicate film on the sides be sure to not touch the sides when handling them,
gently grab the front and back of the damper and rock it back and forth while pulling up, do this for each damper individually to pull them out.
Follow the instructions in this video for priming the dampers, keep in mind the two big dampers in the middle are both white:

Once the dampers are primed and installed, run 2 strong ink charges through WIC reset, in order to get the ink ready for printing, if the printer is still having a hard time laying down ink, run a head cleaning or another ink charge.
