When the Blue light is blinking, follow the instructions below:
Remove film, hold down the blue button for 3 seconds. Light will turn off. Feed film back into printer
If the issue is still occurring try these instructions:
Remove the film, cut off a sheet of film to be A3 sized
With no film in the printer, power it off by pushing the red button so it’s out, then flip the Blue switch to the off position
Remove the power cable from the printer, then wait one minute
Now remove the USB cable, insert the power cable back into the printer
Turn on the printer with the Blue switch, then push in the Red button
Wait for the red light to be solid, if the Blue button starts blinking hold it for 4 seconds, when released it should stop blinking
With the Red button still being solid you can feed the cut A3 sized sheet into the printer through the front
Activate the fans/ vacuum to get the printer ready for printing, you can now plug the USB cable back into the computer and printer, make sure it’s not plugged into a hub, just the USB port itself
Check the printer queue on the PC, if there are any pending jobs delete them, we need 0 jobs in the queue to continue
Now try to print the nozzle test, if the printer wont print on the cut out piece of paper, try again with the normal film roll in position.
